IKALL Warranty, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

 

At IKALL, we are dedicated to providing reliable products and dependable after-sales support. Please review our warranty and replacement policies below. We do not offer any refunds—only replacements as per the terms outlined.

 

Warranty Policy

All IKALL products are backed by a limited warranty as follows:

  •  1-Year Warranty on the Product (from the date of purchase)

  •  6-Month Warranty on Accessories (battery and charger)

 

The warranty is valid under the following conditions:

  •  Applicable only to products purchased within India.

  •  Eligible only for the original purchaser with a valid purchase invoice.

  •  Product must be used as per the instructions in the user manual.

 Warranty is not applicable in the following cases:

  •    Physical or accidental damage

  •    Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  •    Use of incompatible or substandard accessories

  •    Damage due to power surges, water, lightning, fire, or natural disasters

  • If warranty service is needed, the product must be sent to an IKALL Service Center at the customer’s cost and risk.

  • After service, the original warranty period continues; it is not extended.

  • If the product is not repairable, a similar replacement unit or a credit note (based on invoice value) may be issued—provided all accessories are returned.

  • All replaced components or products become the property of iKALL.

Important: To initiate a warranty claim, raise a support ticket at www.ikall.in/support before visiting or shipping the product.

Replacement Policy

We do not offer refunds. However, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery under these conditions:

  •  Product is received in damaged or defective condition (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).

  •  Product is not functioning properly within 7 days of delivery.

All replacement claims are subject to validation by the IKALL support team.

 

Not eligible for replacement:

  •  Damages reported after 24 hours

  •  Damage caused by user mishandling, power surges, or accidents

  •  Customer dissatisfaction with look, features, or performance of a fully functional product

Cancellation Policy

  •  Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  •  Same Day Delivery and special promotion orders cannot be cancelled.

 

Important Reminder: Please record an unboxing video when opening the package. It helps ensure fast and fair processing of any replacement claim.
